1. Introduction

EZ Legal Hire is an online platform operated by DAR AL HAQOOQ LEGAL CONSULTANCY LLC (the "Company"), a licensed legal consultancy company in the United Arab Emirates.

Through the Platform, the Company facilitates booking, communications, and delivery of legal consultation and advisory services to individuals and businesses.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines posted on the Platform (collectively, the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

You confirm that, as of the date you access or use the Platform:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
  • If acting for a company, you are authorized to bind that entity.

2. Nature of Services

Legal consultancy services accessed through EZ Legal Hire are provided by the Company and/or its licensed and authorized personnel, as applicable.

The Platform serves as a digital booking, communication, payment (where applicable), and service delivery interface for the Company’s legal consultancy services and may integrate third-party tools and service providers to enable Platform functionality.

Services may include:

  • Legal consultations
  • Contract review
  • Legal risk assessments
  • Dispute strategy sessions
  • Advisory discussions

Unless agreed in writing:

  • No court representation
  • No document drafting
  • No guaranteed legal outcomes
  • Ongoing requires separate agreement
Account Registration and Security

You may be required to create an account to use certain Platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the Company promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Lawyer–Client / Consultant–Client Relationship

When you book and attend a consultation through the Platform, a professional legal consultancy relationship may arise between you and the Company, subject to:

  1. the selected service
  2. the information you provide
  3. the Company’s acceptance of the engagement (including conflicts checks)

Booking, messaging, or payment alone does not create an ongoing engagement unless confirmed by the Company in writing.

The scope of engagement is strictly limited to the service purchased and described on the Platform (or otherwise confirmed in writing) unless expanded through a separate written agreement signed by the Company and you.

4. Scope Limitations

The services provided through EZ Legal Hire are limited to the description of the selected session or service package. The Company reserves the right to decline services if:

  • The matter involves criminal conduct beyond consultancy scope;
  • The matter requires litigation representation without formal engagement;
  • The request is unlawful or abusive;
  • There is a conflict of interest.

5. Communications & Confidentiality

All communications through the Platform are handled by the Company, including via third-party communication tools integrated into the Platform. The Company takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect confidentiality.

However:

  • Electronic communications carry inherent security risks.
  • Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials.
  • Privilege (where applicable) and confidentiality apply only within the legally recognized scope of the consultancy services provided and do not apply to information you submit before an engagement is accepted or outside the agreed scope.

6. Payments & Refunds

Fees for services are displayed prior to booking. Payment may be required in advance, and you authorize the Company and its third-party payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and any permitted adjustments.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policy presented at checkout and the following principles (to the extent permitted by UAE law):

  • If the service has been delivered (in whole or in part), fees are generally non-refundable.
  • If you do not attend a booked session (a “no-show”), the booking may be treated as delivered and may be non-refundable.
  • If you cancel or reschedule, eligibility for any refund or credit depends on the cancellation timing stated at checkout and whether the Company has already allocated time and resources to your matter.
  • If technical issues attributable to the Platform materially prevent delivery of the service, the Company may offer a rescheduled session, credit, or refund, as determined by the Company acting reasonably.
  • If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the Company may suspend access pending resolution and may provide relevant booking and service records to the payment service provider.

Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) may be non-refundable and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes;
  • Submit false or misleading information;
  • Upload malicious content;
  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Platform;
  • Abuse or harass staff, interfere with Platform operations, scrape or reverse engineer any portion of the Platform, or infringe the Company’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights.

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or access for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud, misuse, or security incidents.

License and Reservation of Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal, lawful purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.

9. Disclaimer

The Company may provide notices to you by posting on the Platform, by email, or through your account. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. Notices to the Company must be sent through the contact method stated on the Platform.

12. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. Unless otherwise stated, changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Termination; Survival

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, and Governing Law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

General Provisions

Before commencing any claim, you agree to provide the Company with written notice and a reasonable opportunity (at least 30 days) to address it. You may not assign your rights without consent. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Platform.
