Service Fees Disclosure
All service fees available on ezlegalhire.com are clearly displayed prior to booking. By confirming a booking through the EZ Legal Hire Platform, you agree to the applicable service fees, taxes, and any permitted adjustments in accordance with UAE regulations.
Advance Payment Authorization
Certain services require advance payment. By completing your booking, you authorize DAR AL HAQOOQ LEGAL CONSULTANCY LLC and its authorized third-party payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amount.
Booking Confirmation
Upon confirmation of a booking and successful payment, professional time and internal resources are allocated to your matter. Bookings are therefore generally considered confirmed and reserved for you.
Non-Refundable After Delivery
Once a service has been delivered (whether in whole or in part), the associated fees are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable provisions of UAE law.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations after booking confirmation are generally not available.
Requests for rescheduling may be considered if submitted prior to the scheduled session, subject to availability and operational considerations.
Refunds are typically not applicable where professional time and preparation have already been allocated.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation or service session without prior notice may result in the session being treated as delivered. In such cases, fees are generally non-refundable and rescheduling may not be available.
Platform Technical Issues
If a material technical issue attributable solely to the EZ Legal Hire Platform prevents delivery of the booked service, the Company may, acting reasonably, offer a rescheduled session, service credit, or refund, as appropriate.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, access to services may be temporarily suspended pending resolution. The Company reserves the right to provide relevant booking and service documentation to the payment service provider to support the transaction.
Liability for Improper Chargebacks
To the extent permitted by applicable UAE law, clients remain responsible for any outstanding amounts due and any reasonable administrative costs incurred by the Company in responding to unjustified or improper chargebacks.
