This platform Disclaimer (this "Disclaimer") applies to the EZ Legal Hire website and any related pages, features, booking flows, communications, and services made available through it (together, the "Platform").
"EZ Legal Hire", "we", "us" and "our" refer to DAR AL HAQOOQ LEGAL CONSULTANCY LLC and, where applicable, its licensed and authorized personnel.
This Disclaimer is intended to be read together with our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy (together with any additional policies or notices presented on the Platform, the "Platform Terms"). In the event of any inconsistency, the Platform Terms will govern to the extent of the inconsistency.
1. Advisory Nature Only (No Guarantee of Outcomes)
Any information, materials, templates, tools, communications, and content made available on or through the Platform are provided for general informational and advisory purposes only. Consultations and other services offered through EZ Legal Hire are advisory in nature and are based on the facts you provide.
Legal matters depend on many factors, including facts, documents, timing, third-party actions, and regulatory and court discretion. EZ Legal Hire does not guarantee any outcome, including (without limitation) court outcomes, regulatory decisions, success in negotiations, or any specific legal result.
2. No Court Representation or Litigation
Unless EZ Legal Hire expressly agrees in a separate written engagement signed by you and EZ Legal Hire, (a) consultations do not constitute court representation, (b) EZ Legal Hire is not appointed as your representative before any court, authority, tribunal, or regulator, and (c) no litigation services are provided.
3. No Ongoing Relationship Unless Confirmed
Using the Platform, creating an account, requesting information, booking a session, sending messages, or making payment does not, by itself, create an ongoing lawyer-client, consultant-client, or continuing engagement relationship. Any professional relationship is limited to the specific services accepted and confirmed by EZ Legal Hire in writing.
4. Your Responsibility for Information and Decisions
You are responsible for (a) ensuring that the information you submit through the Platform is accurate, complete, and up to date, and (b) obtaining any additional advice you consider necessary before making decisions. You remain solely responsible for actions you take (or do not take).
5. Platform Provided "As Is" and "As Available"
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards.
6. Third-Party Tools, Payment Providers, and Links
The Platform may integrate third-party services (communications, booking, and payment providers). EZ Legal Hire does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, security, or policies. Use of these services is subject to their separate terms.
7. Electronic Communications and Security Risks
Communications through the Platform involve inherent security and privacy risks. While we take reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and notifying us of unauthorized access.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, EZ Legal Hire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
9. Governing Law
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
10. Additional Terms; Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to the Platform Terms, including the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
